Ingredients:

All you need to make these high protein peanut butter power balls:

  • 1/3 cup of Essentials Chocolate Protein (43g)
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (90g)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (45g)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (120g)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 teaspoons water

As you can see, only a few ingredients are required for this peanut butter power balls recipe.

Peanut butter power balls : a strengthening healthy high protein snack!

Instructions:

Add all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix everything together. If too dry, add an additional teaspoon or two of water to the “dough.”

Roll into 1-1 ½ inch size balls (3cm).

Place the balls on a plate lined with wax paper and place it in the refrigerator to chill for 20 minutes. Transfer the balls to an airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer.
